My approach

My intention is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can bring awareness to both your inner and outer worlds with curiosity. This awareness is our starting point, as it helps you recognize patterns, make clearer choices, and align with yourself in meaningful ways. Safety and compassion are essential because they allow us to explore our true self without fear or judgment. Here, you’ll find a trauma-informed companion on your journey of growth, supporting you through yoga, mindfulness, life coaching, and Reiki.

Myofascial Yoga

Myofascial Yoga combines gentle yoga movements with targeted myofascial release techniques to promote deep relaxation, release tension, and restore flexibility in the body. By working with the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and organs—this practice helps to improve posture, alleviate chronic pain, and increase mobility.

TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA

Trauma Informed Yoga sessions supports you in healing through trauma. It is a complementary treatment for trauma. TIY helps you to regain safety in your body by noticing and learning to tolerate physical sensations, practicing choice and control.

    I support you to find your natural way to move through body awareness, less defensive muscle tension and noticing tension patterns.

  • Yoga for All

    Yoga does not mean to manage “advanced” poses. I support you to connect with your body and find the best options for yourself during your yoga practice. I share yoga with trauma sensitive approach.

  • Playful Yoga

    Play reduces stress and helps us to stay in the present moment and be curious. Play also opens up new possibilities. I involve playful elements in my yoga and movement session.

MINDFULNESS LIFE COACHING

    In mindfulness coaching sessions, we look at the topic on your agenda with an open, non-judgemental, and a gentle awareness which brings a mindfulness approach.
